Stamping Out Loud Policies
Welcome to Stamping Out Loud. We are thrilled to the gills that you found your way here! Each STAMPING OUT LOUD piece is handmade for you (or your pet) with high quality metals. We own most of the die shapes. This means we can cut a majority of our shapes out in any variety of metal (except stainless steel…it hurts our poor little dies). We specialize in Brass, Nickel Silver (same as German Silver), Aluminum, and Copper. Have a question? Please click here.
Payment
All items are paid for before production begins. I fill older orders first so do know that I work in sequence.
The name of our corporation is Hornberger LLC so if you use a credit card or paypal, this name might appear.
Shipping
We ship Monday-Friday. Please allow up to 20 business days for your item to be customized once payment is received. Sometimes the production time can fluctuate based on holidays, material re-orders, or other circumstances. You will be notified by email if your order takes longer than the 20 business days to ship out. *** Please make sure that you provide us with a correct address*** Your purchase will come securely wrapped in a weather-resistant padded envelope in its own organza pouch.
Finally, as much as I'd like to, I cannot control the postal service and cannot be held responsible for postal delays, failures, thefts, losses or holdups at the customs office. If you wish to purchase shipping insurance at checkout, please do so.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our items are custom-made, so refunds will only be made if the item is damaged and a replacement can't be mailed. Mistakes sometimes happen - if you catch my error on your custom tag, I will gladly re-make the same tag for you and ship it at my expense. You might be requested to send a picture of the bad piece or send it back to me before a new one is shipped out. Open communication is key here- we try to portray everything we sell as accurately as possible so there are no surprises. We ask that you communicate what you're looking for as correctly as possible so your needs are met!
Additional Policies and FAQs
There will be no cancellations after an order is placed. Please try very hard to give accurate descriptions at time of order. If you made a mistake and realize it after submitting order, please contact me as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee any changes after the initial order but we try our best to be as accurate as possible. Do understand that our production team works very hard to stay on track and we just ask that you help us out by double-checking your order before submitting.
